faulty lights in lounge, no oven mitts - was a big issue with hot dishes no Wifi - this is 2023 afterall

Perfect house for staying with group of friends or family, beds were great. Plenty of space and comfy seating in the lounge and a well equiped kitchen.

Nothing at all to complain about, even the weather was perfect

very clean and tidy with all amenities. small problem with lock and window latch promptly repaired.

A Lovely place to stay with our friends from Australia there first trip in NZ and it was nice to take them here and have it setup and open plan for socialising and spending time with one another and a great size for 2 families.

Like already mentioned to staff, We found majority of the place very clean but afew dishes were not clean and put back, as well as some random rubbish around outside and a used Band-Aid found. otherwise it was nice.

Good house in a good location

heatpump when turned on made a continuous banging noise that kept everybody awake most of the night. The second night it had to be turned off at the main switch board as that was the only way to turn it off. As a result we could not use it for the rest of the stay meaning it was extremely cold during a snowy week. Left a comment on this app but have not heard anything back.
