The facilities. The views and dog walks. The area in general and ease of getting anywhere. The friendliness of the hosts. The cottage was comfortable and warm.

Everything was spot on, cottage, location, the Hosts Lisa and Graham. Wild life and animals. Man cave BAR converted BARN. my wife and I ,definitely will be returning.

The cottage was very nice and comfortable. The extra little touches made a big difference and the animals out back was an added bonus. Good location to all main areas and a nice walk down to robin hoods bay from the cottage. The visitors books also were a big plus and pointed us in the direction of the falling foss. Which was a nice walk with the dogs and visit to the tea garden. Overall this was a great location, especially if you have a dog/s.

A great location and a lovely property that was very clean well equipped. Lots of great little touches like the cleaning area for dogs outside and dog biscuits.

We visited in February when it was freezing outside. There is no heating upstairs so the property did get a little cold. There were throws, on each of the beds, a water bottle and a single heater but the property could do with a heater per bedroom and one downstairs when it gets very cold.

The views. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The Games Room.

Fantastic cottage in a lovely location, perfect for our 2 daughters. The cottage had all the amenities you could need. A great base for exploring the area and the east coast. Our girls especially liked the goats.
