This home is nice.

This quiet country coach house definitely has the wow factor with stunning views from the huge window that looks like a painting. Perfect for watching sunrises & sunsets. Beautifully decorated inside with comfortable bed & pillows. Lovely onsuite bathroom with huge 100% Egyptian cotton towels. Great communication from the host,with recommendations on where to eat,walks etc... A birthday card,prosecco & chocolates were left for my mom,such a cute touch! Property is quiet,private & clean. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed,including some milk,coffee & teabags. Only a few miles drive into Whitby,Goathland & the stunning Yorkshire Moors.

Steep hill to get down to property. Only found right directions through booking.com on maps as property isn't sign posted.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation and beautiful view. They haven't cut corners on anything putting this place together (apart from the curtains - they let a lot of light through!). Very good facilities too. Perfectly thought through renovation. Already got friends looking to book after seeing photos. We had the most relaxing stay and the view makes the world stop. It's perfect.

There is no warning about how steep the driveway down to the accommodation is, and the fact turning back out of the driveway is straight onto a 40mph hilly bendy main road. The essence of a relaxing break away, that we paid over £300 for, is taken away when you spend your last morning packing up the rubbish yourself and stripping beds. It's like we paid to be our own cleaners! I will always leave accommodation clean, but asking us to do those chores defeats the purpose of paying for a relaxing break, away from home and daily chores!! Having to get in the car with 4 bags of rubbish on our check out, along with our suitcases, was taking what is asked of customers a bit too far. Especially as the owners live on the same grounds! If I were the owners, I'd reevaluate what customers are paying for and what is your responsibility as the owners. Also, a ticking clock outside outside the bedroom was also difficult to sleep with.
