"Perfect end of summer stay."

We liked everything about the apartment. The location is perfect with great views of the sea and it was lovely to fall asleep to the sound of the waves on the beach. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable too.

It could get a bit warm at times, even with the heating turned off. However this wasn't really a problem since we could open the windows whenever necessary.

"A lovely spot for a couple to stay."

Lovely place; nice view and quiet location. Good for walks along the beach and also on the cliffs above, along the old railway line. Musgrave woods is accessible for walks on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday with a bonny mix of trees.

TV operation was a little confusing. Slight noise from adjacent flats (could hear snoring sometimes). This is not a complaint but do ensure you take your food supplies with you as shopping is limited in Sandsend.

"Superb cottage; brilliant location."

A superbly appointed cottage in a wonderfully convenient and beautiful location. It was perfect for couples and had everything we needed. Absolutely spotlessly clean We feel lucky to have found it and would love to return for a longer stay…hopefully when it’s sunny!

It would be picky for me to try to find something we didn’t like!
