Half-pint Cottage

Location

The whole place needed a deep clean. The bathroom was full of mould and rust on radiator. The glass for the toothbrush was disgusting along with the plug!! The cutlery draw had black mould or droppings in. The fridge still had food crumbs stuck to the shelves.

Lovely quirky cottage, wonderful location and very well equipped, communication with the owners was very prompt, especially as we booked at short notice (3hrs before we arrived) wonderful pub 2mins walk and people very friendly,stroud has a lovely atmosphere amd some lovely boutique shops too. The restaurants in the town were fantastic. A very homely feel to the property.Thankyou ,can't wait to return.

Not a problem for us but the stairs could be an issue with less able bodied people,but the photos clearly show this.so you know this before booking

This is A beautiful cottage with lots of character tucked away in a stunning little village with amazing views and lots of lovely walks near by, We visited the bell pub which is only a 2 minute walk away, lots of lovely towns and villages to visit, and lots of attractions around, we will definitely be back we had a great time thank you 😊

We loved everything and no complaints my only tip would be if you are not very mobile you may struggle with the stairs here

Lovely views. Quiet. Having garden access to sit outside. Comfortable bed. Glad of the bannisters! Loved the location. Lots of character. Charming place.

Not the easiest key box to open.

Fantastic place 2nd time we stayed here and we love it more each time. Great surroundings and walks . Recommend the bell inn, The Ole fleece and the bear in rodbrough and also if you fancy a change and a nice pizza try the stroud brewery you won't be disappointed

Very quaint and in a beautiful location Well equipped kitchen and good TV and internet

Very very steep stairs Bathroom on ground floor- bedroom on third. There are smoke alarms but no exit from the bedroom Needs a fire escape plan and emergency ladder as a minimum No parking
