AMAZIGH VILLAS - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and Condo Pool

Insgesamt war das Haus für unsere Zwecke super! Bei Ankunft war alles super sauber und aufgeräumt. Der Wohnbereich bietet genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und die Küche war mit allem grundlegenden ausgestattet. Einzig die Pfannen und Töpfe hätten von besserer Qualität sein können, diese wurden leider nicht so heiß wie gewünscht, auch bei langem Warten. Wir waren im Winter dort und es hat unverhältnismäßig viel geregnet, was aufgrund der fehlenden Regenrinnen dazu führte, dass immer etwas Wasser unter der Tür durchfloss. Dies war allerdings aufgrund des Betonbodens mit Lackbeschichtung super einfach zu entfernen.

Nice outside area, yet not private. Good decoration and cosy indoor environment. Good option for families, yet you must be aware there is no privacy in the outside areas and the context is not the typical alentejo. The communication before arrival was good and accurate. Yet, upon arrival, and after trying to call the host and the "local hostel" - from the same owner, no one was available nor called back within reasonable time.

The house description is not accurate as it never states the swimming pool is shared between three houses. On top of being a community offer, it is not directly accessible nor visible from the house you rented. This lot is composed of five lots, three belong to each of the rented houses, the fourth is the swimming pool and the fifth is the car park area. Regarding this last one, there is a big detail that was very disappointing. Despite not a direct result from owners actions, the entrance of the property is an open air garbage dump - photos below. Inside the property not everything is perfect either. One of the rooms in the upper flor has the roof window with the blackout broken and the living room area in the ground floor is missing a curtain. Meaning you could never have full privacy as part of the window stays visible. Last but not least relevant. the odor of the living room is not the best, every now and them (during our three nights stay it happened twice) there is a heavy odor of wastewater and septic tank.

Limpeza devia ser mais cuidada. Na ausência de AC, deveria haver, no mínimo, ventoinhas nos quartos. Zina da piscina, pouco cuidada.

Localização.

Experiência negativa – vários aspetos a rever: Limpeza: Muito insatisfatória. Encontrámos bancadas e móveis da cozinha sujos, lavatórios dos dois WC’s mal higienizados, teias de aranha em diversos pontos da casa e o espaço exterior bastante sujo. Exterior e Piscina: O jardim apresentava-se mal cuidado, especialmente tendo em conta que estávamos na última semana de julho – esperava-se um espaço minimamente tratado, com sebes e arbustos podados. As torneiras do chuveiro exterior estavam danificadas. A qualidade da água da piscina era péssima: apanhámos o técnico de manutenção a fazer um tratamento de choque químico, que nos informou que a piscina não poderia ser utilizada por 24h. Importante referir que não recebemos qualquer aviso prévio do anfitrião sobre esta intervenção ou sobre o impedimento de utilização da piscina, o que considero extremamente grave, tratando-se de uma questão de saúde pública. Eletrodomésticos: O frigorífico estava avariado à nossa chegada (foi substituído durante a estadia, mas não houve qualquer compensação pela comida que se estragou). A máquina de lavar loiça avariou e começou a verter água para o chão durante a nossa estadia. WC’s: Havia um odor muito desagradável nas casas de banho. Sabíamos previamente que a casa funcionava com fossa séptica, mas o cheiro indica claramente que esta estava perto do limite. Situação desconfortável, especialmente numa das suites. Além disso, existe falta de iluminação nas casas de banho.

Nicht wie auf den Bildern – extrem unhygienisch, vor allem die Küche! Wir haben uns sehr auf unseren Aufenthalt gefreut, wurden aber leider bitter enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft entsprach in keiner Weise den Fotos – vieles ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, ungepflegt und vor allem die Küche war in einem unzumutbaren Zustand. Alles war verklebt, dreckig und unhygienisch: • Der Backofen war mit Schimmel überzogen • Die Spülmaschine hat unangenehm gemüffelt • Die komplette Küchenzeile war verranzt und ungepflegt • Kochen oder sich dort aufzuhalten war schlicht ekelhaft. Auf unsere berechtigte Beschwerde hin meinte der Vermieter nur, das sei eben „ländlicher Standard“ und wir hätten ja günstig gebucht – 770 € für eine Woche statt angeblich 1200 €. Aber selbst zu diesem Preis erwarten wir keine Luxusausstattung, sondern eine saubere, gepflegte Unterkunft, die den realen Zustand auf den Bildern widerspiegelt. Leider können wir Amazigh – Casas de Vale Figueiras nicht empfehlen. Wer Wert auf Hygiene, Sauberkeit und Ehrlichkeit legt, sollte sich eine andere Unterkunft suchen.
