Casa Valerie - Etramures

La ubicación era excelente, en todo casco histórico y luego la distribución del piso era genial, tiene tres plantas con la piscina abajo y terraza con sofás arriba, esta todo muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario

Tuvimos que hacer el check-in online y nos pedían muchos datos personales como la foto del DNI, a través de My Choice, que es una pagina de alquileres de la zona, pero todo es fiable

It was in an amazing location, very clean and excellently equipped with everything you might need.

The villa was very convenient to everything. It was spacious and had excellent terraces. One at tha top of the building and another at the entrance. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Nothing really, though a couple more comfortable chairs in the sitting area would be good.

Excellent Location. Small pool and lovely roof terrace. Close to restaurants,supermarkets and the ferry port.

Great House and layout, modern and comfortable. Location is great, close to town and the supermarket.

The seating around the pool was tired and could do with updating. The deck chairs were broken, and I was scared to sit in them as I did not want to break them further. The building site next door was noisy and woke us up in the morning.

a recepção não foi a melhor, têm que agilizar melhor a entrega das chaves. A Piscina precisa de ser limpa.

Overall the house was in a brilliant location, spacious, clean and stocked with everything you would need for your stay. It also has great amenities like a pool, roof terrace, dishwasher and washing machine. Air conditioning was in all rooms - amazing

we did face the following issues that may cause concern if you wish to book: 1. Check in is until 8pm. Due to delays with our flight and rental car, we arrived at 8.10pm. Given we kept them updated of our ETA we hoped the extra 10 mins would be ok, however they charged us €40 for being 10 mins late which is a bit mean given the cost of a 2 week rental! A self check in would be much better, as it was a simple exchange of keys. 2. We requested a cot as we have a 3 month old baby. This wasn’t in the house for our evening arrival. However, it was delivered the next day when we reminded them. Along with other baby items which were very helpful 3. There was a strong drain smell in the ground floor toilet and en-suite 4. While overall communication was great, We were not warned of early morning pool cleaning mid-way through our stay, which resulting in them ringing the doorbell and waking the baby. We also had unannounced gardening and pool cleaners in the morning of our final stay. 5. And finally, we were pre-warned of the significant building work next door. This would start at 8am on weekdays with some drilling and hammering. This didn’t particularly bother us, however worth mentioning for others looking to book.

We loved it. A family of 6 adults, 2 small children. Spacious , well equipped kitchen. Great location. Downstairs courtyard and roof terrace both excellent. Excellent communication with company. Very close to good supermarket. Quiet , beds good. Slept great.
