"Perfect location, perfect house, perfect host!"

10.0

The property itself is absolutely stunning in a lovely setting within a small village community. We had booked the property as we were attending a wedding nearby and the property gave us everything we needed as it was so well equipped including ironing facilities which were very much required. Sadly we were not able to enjoy those house too much as we only had time to sleep there during our stay. The mattress was fantastic and the gentle trickle of the stream outside was just what was needed for a restful sleep. The host is equally excellent, providing all the details we needed for our stay and promptly responded to our questions regarding our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to spend a few days in this stunning area in a comfy, cosy house.

Having to leave!

"nice and comfy cottage in the beautiful Llyn peninsula"

9.0

very comfy and nicely decorated quarrymen cottage it was so nice to enjoy a drink in the living room, with enough space in the sofas around the logburner after a long day wlaking the coastal paths; very convenient to have the shop open everyday 7am-9pm, just around the corner

lack of dishwasher (should be mentioned in the description to avoid any confusion) cutlery could be topped up, just enough for one meal front door very temperamental, we couldn't use it for 3 days

"Perfect Stay"

fantastic property, beautiful inside and very well equipped. There is a lovely stream outside, it’s so peaceful. The perfect place for a getaway.

nothing - it was perfect. Some people have moaned about the parking but we really didn’t mind it. Drive past the post office and there are a few spaces on that street.

"Great place to stay on the coast path."

7.0

Great location, good accommodation. Host was efficient.

Took me a while to work out the the key was for the back door although the key box was at the front of the property. We had a winter night and there was not enough logs for the fire. Also the electric radiator in the kitchen was not working.

"Super, comfortable cottage in a friendly village with easy access to the Llyn peninsular"

9.0

Sweet old quarry worker's cottage, nicely modernised with all you need. Cosy woodburning stove, comfortable sleeping in two ensuite bedrooms. Very clean and tidy. Easy to access the coast path and there is quarry history at every turn in the village.

Nothing.

Lovely little cottage. Great that it has 2 bathrooms. Lots of space downstairs. Clean and comfortable in a good location. Lovely walks in the area and the shop is very handy. Service from the host was excellent and I'd stay there again.

The wood burner is a little tricky but once you get it going it warms the place nicely
