Never a dull moment. So many fun activities! Nice quiet Neighborhood. Privacy fencing. Hot tub!

This guesthouse was a great decision to book! Larry the host was hospitable and kind. The house was amazing and spacious. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need-bath/pool towels, everything you’d need in a kitchen to cook, keurig with K-cups, complimentary snacks and refreshments in the fridge, robes, extra blankets/linens, first aid kit, board games, PS4, keyboard and more. The yard is meticulously kept- citrus bushes, palms and shade tree. The pool and hot tub are super clean and Larry would heat up the hot tub whenever we wanted to use it. The game room was amazing- a bar, ping pong, exercise equipment, bicycles to use and MORE! I wish we had allotted one day on vacation for just hanging out in this backyard oasis. So much fun to be had! I was hesitant to rent a guest house in someone’s backyard- but the guest house and backyard is very private & Larry respects your privacy, but if you need anything he was only a text away. Thank you Larry for an amazing rental! We will be back!

That we didn’t plan enough time to enjoy all these amenities! No complaints here!
