We clearly experienced this property wasn't managed by the owners. The contact through the agent wasn't smooth. The kind of messages received gave you the feeling that as a guest we were very much obliged to the agent. The cooking pans were dirty and overused, absolutely need a replacement.

Need more free standing heaters in bedrooms - only 1 provided for 3 bedrooms in cold winter (heat pump heat not enough to heat the whole house)
