Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka, korzystna lokalizacja

Obiekt położony przy ruchliwej ulicy, jeśli ktoś lubi spokój i ciszę, to niestety nie dla niego.

Estuvimos 8 días y el alojamiento esta genial para una estancia duradera en san miguel. La propietaria tuvo un bonito detalle a la llegada que le encantó a nuestro hijo. Está bien comunicada y para descansar es idónea. Tiene una terraza donde descansar muy cómoda.

En la calle pasan con coches a gran velocidad y myy cerca de la puerta. Hay que tener cuidado al salir.

Ob prihodu je bil na mizi paket dobrodošlice(sadje, mleko sok, prigrizek), v kopalnici je bilo milo, kar je bilo zelo dobrodošlo po celodnevnem potovanju. Apartma ima teraso. Bližina letališča, trgovine, restavracije. Glede na ceno, dobra izbira

Apartma je tik ob prometni cesti na katero stopiš naravnost iz praga, nekoliko utesnjen kar je razumljivo glede na lokacijo, postelja v spalnici je majhna za 2 osebi, pakiranje je sicer možno na ulici, vsaj tako delajo domačini. Sam se za to možnost nisem odločil in sem vozilo parkiral cca 200 m stran pri trgovini

There was quite some humidity. We saw some dead insects by the door. Its a bit dangerous stepping outside of the apartment, because you are stepping on a very traffic road (where cars drive by very fast). You can also hear every car that drives by. Yes, the apartment is close-ish to the city and airport, but its not short walk (walk to the airport - cca 3,3km so you have to take a taxi). The apartment seems nice overall and is good for a short stay, but there are many compromises; everything seems to be of poor quality. Additionally, when we arrived, there was a very bad odor coming from the cabinets under the sink, as if someone had cleaned the dishes but put them away while they were still wet. When I went to take out a plate, some of the plates were actually wet. As a result, we had to wash every dish we wanted to use because they smelled really bad.

In this apartment, you find everything you need to feel like being at home. It's located in close distance to the airport and centre of Ponta Delgada. Very friendly hostage. Muito obrigada.

Very practical apartment, super clean and well equipped, nice little attentions... Really the only minus is the humidity, as mentionned in other reviews, but that is to be expected on a subtropical island, so as long as you can accept that, it is an excellent place to stay! :)

The humidity

The owner was super kind, the apartment was well prepared with everything we needed, towels, soap, toilet paper...even something to eat and drink! Kitchen super equipped, we had a nice and comfortable stay. Big supermarket in walking distance. We recommend this apartment!

We had a car, otherwise the position is a bit far from main places. With the car, everything is close! The apartment is a bit humid, but that's the climate we found at azores!

Awesome place with very kind and helpfull owner. Very clean place and with a lot of necessery things: crocery, towels.
