The Airicon and Wi-Fi is extra payment but did not use them cause there was no need.

It appears the area has water challenges like most parts of the country. The other 1 bedroom's beds felt terribly hard to sleep on.

Communication is key. The host sent me places of interest before my arrival. Upon arrival, Gina was so helpful. She is always less than 10 min away when you need help. Graskop is generally cold, and the host is so thoughtful. We had extra blankets and even water bottles to keep us warm. I'm looking forward to my next stay because the hospitality we got was great. My friends and I had a wonderful time

The facility was very nice for the price and Gina was absolutely amazing. She makes the stay easier and is such a good quality to the place.

The other lady which I did not meet but she really made our stay a living hell. It was one thing over another. We couldn't even relax cause of the constant phone calls. She really needs to understand that we are on vacation and need to be stress-free and relaxed. We don't need to fell like we are kids at a hostel.
