A dining table would have been handy.

The property is well appointed and ideally located for Ashford’s amenities. We made good use of the Outlet Village and Tesco Extra during our stay. The house is modern and well equipped, and we were kept warm despite the cold weather during our stay. The pool table and dart board were enjoyed by our children.

There are several things that could be reasonably easily improved to make the house much more comfortable and enjoyable for residents: * Cleanliness: the whole house would benefit from a deep clean from top to bottom, and regular cleans prior to each letting. Areas such as the kitchen, kitchen utensils & crockery, bedding, bathrooms etc all need attention. * Safety: there were a few safety issues we noticed, including the top bunk having two mattresses meaning that the occupant could easily roll over the safety bar in the night and fall to the floor. * Layout: the floor plan shows three bedrooms, but doesn’t make it clear that the second bedroom on the first floor is a games room, so there are actually only two bedrooms! This needs to be explained more clearly. * Parking: the suggested parking space on the road immediately outside the house (half on the grass) is not ideal as it causes a bottleneck for cars approaching the roundabout. I parked around the corner (no doubt to the irritation of residents) bur the ideal solution would be the provision of a residents’ parking space. Cooking & eating: the house is not really geared up for a family to cook and eat a meal; there is no dining table & chairs, and insufficient cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. As I said, all of the above could be easily and quickly rectified.

Very comfortable and great value for money, loved all the games, a very bachelor feel to the place. Get a lamp in the corner of the living room, that would elevate the room 😉

You have an amazing hotub out back, clean that bad boy up and you could easily charge more money per night!

Celý dům a zahrada jsou ve velmi špatném stavu. Většina věcí rozbitá, špinavá a odpudivá. Matrace velmi znečištěné. Kuchyň je katastrofa. Ve skříňkách nepořádek a dokonce narkomanské pomůcky. Trouba špinavá. Lednice a mrazák špinavé a zamražená. Nepochopím že majitel je schopný tento dům nabídnout k pronájmu. Je to katastrofa. Odmítli jsme se ubytovat a odjeli na hotel.

L'équipement de la cuisine ( vaisselle et casseroles) très in suffisant. Casseroles et poêles très abîmées, inutilisables pour beaucoup. Pas de bouchon d'évier donc difficile de faire la vaisselle. Dans la salle à manger, une table de salon, pas vraiment de table et de chaises pour pouvoir déjeuner en famille. En revanche, un grand nombre d'écrans et de jeux vidéos qui n'ont aucune utilité. Lits confortables dans les chambres mais literie ( matelas et oreillers) très tachés et jaunis: cela ne donne pas une grande impression de propreté. Conclusion : on a l'impression que le logement n'est pas très entretenu.

It was a good location for the activities we wanted to do. The games room was good for the evenings. The pre stay communication was great.

There were not enough plates and bowls for a family of 4. Some of the glasses in the cupboards were dirty. It's misleading to the number of rooms/beds. Information said toiletries provided but not in all areas. It felt like it needed a deep clean and some redecoration. Parking is on road parking.

Location was perfect for our needs to attend family funeral and visit friends and family whilst staying. We had permission to arrive earlier in the day, allowing us to travel overnight in the cooler period to assist our dogs whilst travelling, when they slept.

House was a liitle grubby and tired, could do with a spring clean and spruce up. It is a great house for those who enjoy the gaming features included.

I liked that this is a spacious house in a good location, which made it convenient and comfortable for our stay. The owner, Steve, was very responsive and easy to reach whenever we had questions, which was a big plus.

The cleanliness could use a bit more attention. The fridge and kitchen weren’t as clean as we expected, and we noticed a few dishes with some food residue. There were also a few small hairs in the bathtub and some leftover food under the couch. With a bit more thorough cleaning, this place could be truly great.
