Good location.

cleanliness was a problem. The maid was also rushing to go back home. So we had to rush to accomodate her times.

The location is perfect, walking distance to beach and shops, and restaurants Morning coffee with the view and sound of the ocean. Soul food

Nothing everything was perfect, the only downside was that I had to leave

Lots of noise from tidal pools many people around the holiday felt unsafe to use the beach gate to go on the promenade and beach. It would be nice if alarms beams outside only can be activated for the night, as if you try using alarm in stay mode gets triggered immediately.

The location is perfect and the house is really comfortable and pet friendly which is highly appreciated.

A better line of communication will help to ease any delays in response. Some aspects of the home requires and upgrade or refesh but overall the place is lovely.

Location is just awesome.balito is clean and very safe the beaches are patrolled by police and life guards always present. Lovely to be able to take our dog with the property is secure and she really enjoyed the sea view.

The house needs some TLC 2x cupboard doors in kitchen are falling off. Security and sliding doors impossible to open. Peeling paint on verandah ceiling kept falling in our food. Hand shower in bathroom broken. Shower door in main bathroom gets stuck. Very dangerous. Alarm is not functioning. Oven door doesnt fit properly hot air escapes also dangerous.

Excellent location. House has good layout and conveniently close to shops. Very private and beach access is great.

House is in need of serious maintenance. For the price, I would not expect to have to buy my own toilet paper. (Update to comments) The owner apologized for the toilet paper thing. This was just a misunderstanding.

You get some sound pollution from the restaurants across the road from the house. but not too bad.

The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. For the price it is good value for money. Full DSTV package and a large outside verandah made even the rainy days pleasant. The verandah was a big plus. Ceiling fans and trellidoors on every bedroom meant we could keep cool and sleep at night ( we were there in January)

The location is lovely, except in peak holiday times, the front lawn outside our gate was a party zone during the day. Night times were lovely and peaceful. We also had to cable tie the promenade access gate as it had no lock and anybody can walk onto the property. Security in the actual house was excellent and we never felt unsafe... just had a concern about the promenade gate.
