"Terrible experience"

I cannot believe how little privacy we had on this property , this morning we found the groundman just walked in to the property at 7:30 and almost let my dogs out of the main gate but completely unannounced . I was caught off guard and question how many other times where we not alone on this rental ? I find this incredible rude and also a security risk on My accommodation finished at 9:30am i would assume that any service would be done once i vacate the property as per my rental agreement ? The property was constantly viewed by workers the whole day. There is no privacy or any time by the pool without people watching you. There is also a camera only focused on the pool area and this camera is a peep hole type camera ? We were not notified in any corresponded that a a camera or cameras are on the property. Most things are broken and the place is very old and smells on all the furniture. The cutlery and pans are honestly terrible and would not want to cook any food on them . Honestly don't waste your money on this property there is a lot of other accommodation in the same price range with much better level of service and facilities. This property is also not serviced and told only after you check in We where given 50ml of washing liquid of a low grade to clean there dirty dishes . Never been in such a terrible property STAY CLEAR OF THIS RENTAL

"Best beach house for family holiday in KZN!"

Amazing beach house! Had absolutely everything you need! Most amazing deck with beautiful views. Lived the swimming pool and the privacy all around the yard. Safe and secure. Walking distance from bars, restaurants and shops. Will definately be back!
