Only one set of keys. For 3 families, it makes logistics difficult. The TV in the main bedroom is only for the owner's use. Again, for 3 families its difficult, not everyone watch the same program. Small repairwork needs to be done to doors etc - main bedroom's bathroomdoor opens with difficulty and the handle is loose.

Location, the overall team at Ballito accommodations were fantastic to deal with.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Palm View, Ballito AccommodationsI recently rented Palm View in Ballito through Ballito Accommodations for a group of 9 people, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.While the service provided by Ballito Accommodations was commendable, my stay was marred by a significant issue: one of the two large fridges provided was not cooling properly. Despite storing approximately 900 rands worth of meat in the malfunctioning fridge, it went off, resulting in a substantial loss.Despite notifying the owner about the malfunction, we were not reimbursed for the spoiled food. The response from the owner, suggesting that we should have utilized the other fridge, was unsatisfactory. There was no indication prior to our arrival that the fridge was not functioning correctly, leaving us unaware of the potential issue.While the property itself was pleasant and accommodating for our group size, the lack of resolution regarding the faulty appliance left a sour taste in our mouths. Clear communication and proactive maintenance could have prevented this inconvenience and financial loss.Overall, while the property and service from Ballito Accommodations showed promise, the unresolved issue with the fridge significantly detracted from the experience. Proceed with caution when considering Palm View for your accommodation needs in Ballito
