The bedrooms are big, the beds are super comfortable, and the open kitchen is fully functional. We requested to check in early, and it was granted for free. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The pool was not clean, but when we requested it to be clean, the owner sent a staff member to clean it as soon as possible. We requested a blender and grill, and the staff immediately gave it as it was available in their stockroom. The place is really big, though there are 2 private villas in the whole place, there is still enough privacy between the 2 villas which is good. The villa has netflix, which enjoyed watching on our downtime. This villa is highly recommended

We didn't like the bugs and ants that were attracted by the pool(naturally because of the plants and trees in the are, and normal thing in thailand). Although, we managed to clean it ourselves before we jumped in the pool (the net they left us were very useful) The villa itself is clean but if staying longer, need to maintain the cleanliness yourselves as there are no cleaning until you checkout. Good thing that they left some stuff to clean the area. The shared toilet between 2 rooms is a bit worrisome as for privacy issues to the other room. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable and almost perfect. Still highly recommended

The housekeeper was already there when we arrived and opened the gate. She could speak a little English and contacted the landlord immediately and arrived after a few minutes. It was a warm welcome and the start of a fantastic time. The place is absolutely perfect for a couple of people. We were 6 people and loved the big garden, the big rooms, the kitchen, the pools. The garden is green and lots of plants help to make you feel like you are in a little hidden paradise. The pools especially because they are big, clean and perfect for a late evening swim! We had so much fun and the barbecue was our favorite. Also, there is a restaurant about a 5 minute walk from the property and had excellent western and Thai food. The owner was very accommodating. Every request was met promptly and she always checked on us if we needed anything. She even gave us a little tour of the city and brought us fruit to take home. If you are a group of a few people then you will love this place as it has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. The beach is a 5 to 10 minute scooter ride away and is a great place to spend the day. The aquarium near the pier is well worth a visit and only costs 2 euros to enter. There are markets everywhere and the best thing was that we felt like locals. Not many tourists at all. In conclusion I can say that Ms. Arun and her team are kind-hearted people, working hard to ensure everything is in order and keeping the place beautiful, nice and clean! We will be back! The Villa it’s self is a gorgeous property with a pool in a quiet area. All of the rooms and facilities are really nice and homely. Very clean apart from the multiple dead cockroaches in one of the bathrooms which we kept finding.

The area the villa is in let’s it down, it’s very quiet and a walk away from the front where there is a few quiet local restaurants. We also kept finding lots of cockroaches in one of the bathrooms.

The owner was so friendly and attentive, always happy to come over and provide support. The area is quiet and the facilities are fully equipped. We will be back!

The facilities are perfect for a family trip. We have enjoyed the time in Rayong.

A very beautiful house and surroundings made my stay very comfortable & peaceful. The location was great and the staff were very helpful & hard working. Perfect for couples who desire a nice quiet relaxing environment. Would definitely stay here again & highly recommend.

The outdoor lighting could be improved & there were a few times where we had to wait for water / water pressure to shower & clean dishes. Other than that, it was PERFECT.

Large rooms, very clean, air con in bedrooms and living room, hot shower, everything in the kitchen that you need, plenty of wardrobe space & storage facility in bedroom, outdoor facilities included gas bbq, small bbq and Thai bbq pot, large table & chairs and great swimming pool. Local area has plenty of mini supermarkets, Thai food sellers, Market in temple on Tuesday, European restaurant close by. Beach is a 5 minute drive and Ban Phe 10 minute drive. Great place.
