Such a lovely, peaceful stay. The owner could not do enough for us, was very responsive and helpful. The property is in a perfect location to everything, the cotswolds being a short drive away. The wagon had everything in you could possibly need, heaters, dvds, board games. It was just perfect. We could not recommend this place enough, so clean, tidy and cosy. And the added touch of breakfast made it even more special.

Location in the village was great, with lovely views! We were on our bikes (a little bit of a climb in the last 100m), and could store our bike with us by the wagon.

Terrible experience with this 'host' and property. We arrived at the property to be met by the owner, who seemed rather nice. I am pregnant and we booked a last minute relaxing night away at this property. When we arrived and the owner was drinking with friends in the garden, playing music. I was a little concerned it would be noisy, but it is her property and wasn't too concerned. Myself and my partner carried on into the property with the host and when left alone, soon discovered the property was dirty and not up to standard. There were hairs in the bathroom and on the bed, dust and cobwebs everywhere, hard to believe the property had been cleaned to be honest. We both are not ones to complain but felt it was not right to stay there, so we asked to speak with the owner. We politely discussed the issues and apologised as we felt bad for even saying. The owner (assuming after some drinks) kept asking questions and didn't seem to want to accept what we were saying, even though admitting she could also see what we pointed out. Eventually she agree to refund the payment and allow us to leave, opening the gate as we left. I felt awkward but did not doubt what she had said for a second. More fool me! The owner then went on to put our booking as no show, trying to claim we never actually arrived, absolute LIES! We have photo's. She then ignored messages I sent, asking when we would receive our refund she 'promised' us, and has since refused the refund completely. I had to contact booking.com repeatedly and it became quite stressful, especially for someone pregnant, it was completely unavoidable and a true testament to her character. We have not received a refund and clearly were never going to. The host is a LIAR and her property is not worth the money, even if it was cleaned. I have never had such a bad experience with this, or any other booking site, it is unfortunate that clearly not all hosts are authentic and trustworthy, AVOID!

Great spot for an overnight with a pub within walking distance. Friendly welcome and secure parking.

Beautiful location, very quiet. Jackie and her husband were so friendly and helpful. Very secure parking which pleased my husband as he doesn’t like leaving his baby on the road . Accommodation lovely, bed comfy, hot shower - hot water bottle, heater or a fan available to use depending on weather. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, water and breakfast items left and we were even able to buy a bottle of wine from Jackie as they are licensed. Happy days. Perfect.

Just as expected from Pictures, it was quaint, romantic and well furnished with everything you need. Lovely Location in the Cotswolds to access many of the main attractions. Jackie, the host, was lovely, really friendly and helpful .
