We were given clear instruction on how to obtain the keys, and which appartment was the right one. The interior was very well done, modern and cosy and a private garden too! The neighborhood wasn't the most exciting but Bergamo and the highway were both easily accessible within a couple of minutes, as well as stores. There were also a bunch of flyers and info brochures which make it easy for tourists to find something of interest.

The bed wasn't a 10 or even a 8 out of 10, but then again, I have very specific needs for my back. So I can't be too picky on that. But other than that, there isn't much to "complain" about really.

Everything great! Clean, big and location is perfect

It was clean, spacious, comfortable. There is also a big, private garden with table and chairs where you can enjoy your coffee in he morning/ beer in the afternoon while children are playing in the grass. It was so cozy that our son didn't want to leave. Mary and Margaret are very friendly and always ready to help with information. It was easy to find the keys, find the password for the Wi-Fi , the connection was good, the beds were comfortable, everything was nice and clean, the kitchen was fully equipped. There was even a board with contact details of local taxi company, restaurants and so on. It is a perfect place to stay with family and friends. We will definitely recommend it to our friends as well.

The location was great, a nice quiet area and very spacious property. The location gave us easy access to everything we wanted to do and the facilities were great for my disabled brother. Walk in shower and step free access. Parking available and large garden. Very much a home from home.

Seating not the most comfortable if staying home in the evening or having a lazy morning but adequate enough.

Very nice stay in Bergamo. Good location. We liked there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, especially when you travel with kids. We had almost everything we needed, even the tablets for washing machine and dishwasher which were very necessary when you stay for more than 3 nights.

We would advise to change the old pans( as they are all extremely old and already not safe with scratches of Teflon which is dangerous for health). Just a small advise which would be a pleasant moment for your guests- to have one style ( even from ikea) of the plates, cups etc;) as seems they are all different and collected from your guests. One more thing- all mosquito nets are broken and you can’t open the windows.

Everything good. Own terrace with little garden was immaculate. Kids could spent some time and for adults good place to relax. Hosts Margherita & Maria provided great online support.

All good. The location a bit longer to reach the city centre for restaurants.

The neighborhood is lovely. The outside area is very nice. Free parking spot is a great feature. It has 2 bathrooms which was important for us (4 people). It is large and well equiped. The hosts were responsive. Check in/ check out is easy.

Clenliness could be very much improved and this is a very important feature for me. Bed blankets could use an upgrade and a more thourough cleaning between guests ( the linens were clean, the blankets did not seem freshly cleaned and one of them was stained). The heat cannot be increased (max temperature should be specified in the apartment description so that guests know what to expect), and it was rather cold in the apartment. There is an extra 3.5€ tax/pers/night which increases the cost of the accomodation quite a lot for 4 pers. The beds in the twin room are not very comfortable either.
