The host, Lorenzo, was very responsive and friendly. He had my room ready by 11:30am and stayed in touch with me until I successfully arrived at the apartment. Superb service. The apartment is located on the third floor, and there is an elevator available for guests with heavy luggage. Otherwise, taking the stairs allows you to admire the other apartments and the building’s charming open-air interior environment. The moment I opened the apartment door, it was absolutely jaw-dropping. The apartment was beautifully designed and fully stocked with snacks and drinks for my enjoyment. The kitchen was well equipped with an electric stove, oven, kitchen utensils, basic cooking essentials, and even more snacks. The fridge was generously stocked with still and sparkling water, cheese, butter, yogurt, fruits, and even a bottle of wine. The bed was very comfortable, and the room overlooked a beautiful garden. The bathroom was equally impressive — the water pressure was strong, and complimentary shampoo and shower gel were provided, making every shower a pleasant experience. Finally, one of the most important features of the apartment was the presence of two split-unit air conditioners, which kept the entire apartment cool and comfortable. A Carrefour Express is located just 50 metres away, making it very convenient to pick up groceries and essentials for preparing meals during my stay. In addition, the apartment is conveniently located near the bus station with direct access to Città Bassa and BGY Airport. It is also within walking distance of attractions such as Piazza Vecchia and Bergamo Cathedral, along with many other points of interest in Città Alta. Overall, the location was excellent, the host was outstanding, and the apartment itself was exceptional. Truly a hidden gem in Città Alta.

Nothing to dislike but if owner could consider to place 2-1 washer & dryer in the apartment for longer stay in Bergamo that would be the perfect!

Hello! I would like to thank the hosts for the opportunity to stay at their place. Having traveled and visited many places all over the world, I can sincerely confirm that this stay was world-class. The personnel were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was extremely clean. The location is also excellent. All generally was perfecto! I highly recommend it to everyone 😍

Krásné ubytování na hlavní pěší trase starým městem, na dohled od hlavního náměstí. Na pokoji ve třetím patře s výtahem (legračně pomalý) si skvěle zrelaxujete po toulkách uličkami. Místnosti jsou dostatečně velké, čisté a nadprůměrně vybavené. Na stole nás čekalo bohaté občerstvení a snídaně na pár dní. Postel pohodlná, trochu měkčí matrace. Okenice zajišťují tmu na spaní. Okna vedou do dvora, lidi na ulici zde neslyšíte a celý dvůr včetně schodiště je uklizený a čistý.

Abych nebyl jen pozitivní, tak pro ty co mají slabý spánek posílám upozornění, že zvony na hlavním náměstí jsou z apartmánu nejen vidět, ale hlavně slyšet a to do 22. hodiny. Centrum je celé dlážděné, doporučuji pohodlnou obuv a zavazadlo s měkkými kolečky.

The property was very comfy and clean, with good aesthetic and in a great location! The kitchen was full with food for breakfast and snacks, and the bathroom too had toiletries. The way the property was set for us was very welcoming and made us feel like home.

There is a bit of noice from the main street buzz but when the windows are sealed it isn’t yhat much loud, and we didn’t bother!

Amazing location and Lorenzo is a brilliant host. Really clear instructions on how to find the apartment and easy to contact. The breakfast food left for us was wonderful and the room is really comfortable. Incredible how quiet it was, except for the bells but they just add to the charm of the place. I find myself missing the citta alta curfew bells!

Nitpicking really, but a coat stand or hooks would be useful and a nice bed settee or similar would be a real improvement for the living room area

Posizione ottima. Host gentilissimo e disponibile. Ci ha aiutati quando eravamo in difficoltà. La struttura ha tutto il necessario per soggiornare senza problemi.

A localização, o tamanho do apartamento, a limpeza. O apartamento é ótimo.
