Really great stay. Exceeded expectations, with coffee tea sugar biscuits bread butter toiletries and plenty of towels and throws. Plus dishwasher! Great tv/Netflix/music options. Ready to go, no need to sign in. Great closed off garden for both my dogs plus access to the larger family garden and able to walk down to the small forest and lake. Excellent for me and my dogs. They ripped up the provided football but I left a new one in its place.

No bad points. My just eat order was cancelled and took back to the restaurant but obviously no fault of the hosts. Tbf there’s a great welcome/info booklet advising where to order from. So completely my own fault.

It was in a quiet location

The finish was of a poor standard, loose tap in bathroom, shelf made of pallets in hall, spiders and cobwebs, blinds needed a good clean, bird poop all over patio furniture, toothpaste splatters on bathroom mirror, very tired decking. Needs an upgrade and some maintenance.

From the moment we stepped through the front door every single thing was just perfect. There was a welcome basket with milk bread butter biscuits tea coffee etc. such a lovely thing to do. Every single room was superb. The bed was comfy and we slept like logs! We took our Labrador and she settled in immediately. Straight outside were fantastic walks and woodlands to explore. There was a log burner in the room which added to the stay. We sat n chilled and totally enjoyed it

Not one thing was at fault

Property was absolutely beautiful, 2 living rooms so kids could have the rule of the main tv, spacious and garden was gorgeous.

Didn’t not like anything, it was little tricky to find first time but as soon as you knew it was easy
