Beautiful location, exceptionally clean with a wonder cream tea upon our arrival.

One minor thing in that there wasn’t a freezer compartment in the fridge.

Situated in a beautiful location, it was beautifully decorated inside. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living area upstairs was spacious and comfortable and the bedroom was filled with light. Andy and Lorna had left us a delightful welcome pack of goodies for our arrival, which made us feel right at home straight away. They had provided lots of local information for us by way of brochures about nearby attractions, restaurants, historic sites, etc. As we are walkers, the maps provided were particularly useful.

Everything was great; accommodation was immaculate and well equipped. Beautiful countryside and close to the coast. So peaceful and a perfect spot for a solo trip. Would return and recommend.

There was cream tea on the table, the host popped in to check everything was OK and had been very thoughtful of all the little details that make a stay more comfortable. The cottage was just perfect for the two of us and the log book gave us some very helpful ideas of walks which turned out to be excellent. We were fortunate to have lovely weather, so all in all a fantastic stay in a lovely, quiet spot.

Very helpful host, arranging for bikes to be put away in barn etc. Great location with good cycling, driving and walks from property to good locations. Nice scones and prosecco on arrival. Home grown produce available.
