I can't fault this place. Absolutely stunning 😍

We liked the Atmosphere of the house, the eclectic decor and comfortable interior. All the beds had firm comfortable mattresses and the kitchen was well equipped. The outside area was well appointed and had super views.

The 'British' bedroom did not have proper blackout curtains/blinds, which meant that there was a lot of light pollution in that room at night. This made it difficult to have complete and restful sleep. The bathroom in that room was so very tiny. Cute but uncomfortably small. Obviously making the best in a small and tricky space but would have been way too small for a larger person. The upstairs floor is not insulated/stable so every footstep can be heard from the rooms below.

The location was great...just far enough from the square to avoid the busyness but still very close. The place was beautiful, stunning and well decorated but unfortunately that's where it ended.

The place wasn't well cleaned. Old elastoplast wrapping on the floor just outside bathroom, one bedroom carpet/ rug was covered in hair..not sure maybe previous guests had pets with them. Hair in the beds and bathrooms, stained scatter cushion in the lounge. The cherry on top was when the shower head fell on my husband's head when he tried taking a shower. The one toilet didn't flush, we weren't notified of this in advance. The other bathroom had absolutely no water pressure, was impossible to shower. Owner was notified and understanding, but no attempt to reimburse us partly at least as we left after 2 nights eventhough we paid for and booked for 3nights.

This house is well located for walking and driving. The house has everything and a home away from home. We loved the warm blankets, electric blankets and hot water bottles are a unique touch. We love the artwork.

We had an amazing stay at The Red Door. The house very well fitted with everything you might need during your stay, quirky and stylish interior, very clean and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very spacious and stunning views from the patios. Its located in a quiet street but close enough to walk to the town square.
