The location is fantastic! Very spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Even though it’s next to a restaurant and a cocktail bar, the bedrooms are very quiet. The beds are super comfy too.

Perfect spacious accommodation for two couples or a family to share. Although there is also a sofa bed so can sleep more. Bedrooms are either side of kitchen so offer privacy. Views from the lovely living room are breathtaking and the terrace at the front has sun on it until early afternoon. We can't comment on the TVs the music centre or the oven as we didn't use them! 😆 Who would look at a TV with a view that mesmerising from your windows? !! We only used the coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pannini maker and of course the fridge which was stocked with water, ice and a couple of beer glasses in the freezer upon arrival 🙂. The plentiful restaurants close by offer excellent choices for meal options. The shower is great, with waterfall and movable heads, and there is also a washing machine if you really feel the need to do washing on holiday! A cleaner came midweek to change bedding, towels and empty bins etc. and there are also a couple of sun beds,and a clothes airer with pegs, located on the rear patio area. Do not let the restaurant or bar situated either side of this property put you off. The restaurant is small, quiet, does not open until lunchtime, and closes fairly early; and although the cocktail and snack bar plays music, it isn't loud and with the patio doors shut you cannot hear it from inside. The cocktails they serve are also delicious and make an excellent nightcap! The position of the property is ideal, with only your parking bay and a single track, very quiet, access road between you and the water front. It is a very short and easy flat walk into the centre of Elounda where you can find the beach or catch a bus, 'The Happy Train', or a boat to travel further afield. It is also a short 10 min stroll in the other direction to reach a small pebble beach, the causeway and salt flats which lead to the windmills, Kanalei and the small church.
