Exmouth holiday home

Very comfortable bungalow with everything we needed. Great hosts who respond quickly. Short drive to the seafront in Exmouth. Garden good for our dog as enclosed.

Everything clean and tidy, owners were helpful and friendly. Being able to have our dogs and the freedom of an enclosed garden was reassuring. Information left in the house was very useful.

Very pleasant host and great location.

Unfortunately we had to leave the accommodation early and cut short our break due to a faulty boiler and not having hot water for the duration of our stay. The host struggled to get a plumber so we decided to leave due to not being able to wash, shower, etc. The host did reimburse us some of the holiday cost which was greatly received and she could not apologise enough for the faulty boiler.

Everything was as we would expect plus there were lots of small details that this home has...nightlights in the kitchen and hallway...huge TV in the living room and TVs in both bedrooms, alarm clocks, extra heating, bedding, towels. Comfortable furniture, fantastic double bed. Beds in second bedroom comfortable too. Very nice bathroom, shower, lights on the mirror turned on by touch. Welcoming atmosphere, complementary refreshments and biscuits, toiletries. Lovely fridge, freezer and washing machine in the kitchen. Space outside at the back for 8 people to sit, eat, chill. Washing line and garden too. Location was great (8 mins to Exmouth beach). Local shops and takeaways close by. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Genuinely enjoyed our time here, owners have very good communication skills.... extremely hospitable. We all felt at home. We cleaned up after ourselves, like it was our home.

I wish we had a week there, not just 2 nights. The place was fab. Nothing I can think of that we lacked.
