The apt was very clean and well equipped. Vincenzo explained everything and was available.

Casa di Stella is easily accessible from La Spezia with a very nice waterfront view. Location is quiet during the night but enough to choose from for coffee's lunch and dinner in the area. Remote overnight parking with keycard. Easy driving to La Spezia to take the Cinque Terre train from the main station.

Local groceries are hard to find, bring your breakfast or snacks/drinks if you are planning on (part) catering yourself.

Location was good, right on the marina, good with heaters in both rooms. Good showers.

Kitchen poorly equipped, no real knives for cutting. No dish brush and just an old sponge. Pillows are bad. No internet. There was a USB stick in the TV with porn on it

Nice two bedroom apartment with separate bathrooms. Size was good for four people. Very clean in overall. Location right next to harbour on dead end street with minimum traffic. Kitchen was equipped with standard equipment so you are able to prepare breakfast and dinner. View from the kitchen was directly towards the harbour. Our host met us at the apartment and provided keys and a little introduction. Parking was provided in nearby park hall which is at most five minutes walk from the apartment.
