Brew Home Bacolod - 3 Bedroom House

The place, the environment. The host is super kind to let us stay extra more time due to flight time adjustments.

The room that we stayed in, not that I didn’t like it, but we were 6pax and the 1 room is kind of small for us two with non-airconditioned. But manageable. 🙂

Accessible to everything. The place is ok

No parking .

- quiet and yet central location - guarded neighborhood - good solution for family or group to stay while visiting Bacolod - close to supermarket and good cafe with both good quality local (inasal) and western/American food. - air cleaner in main bedroom

- many of the electrical sockets were very loose and/or did not function - stove and oven did not work (had booked with plans to cook). They did have a separate electric stove, but only single burner. - no extra towels (only one provided per person). And these were not allowed to take to the pool. - access to the pool required the name of the owner, but that was not provided and the owner did not respond to our calls and messenges to get it - no mosquito cover for the windows In the bathroom, but having them open is the only way to air out - leak from the gutters right above the front door (water pouring down on you when entering or exiting) - not thoroughly cleaned

It’s accessible to everything you need. The host is very responsive.

Maybe another A/C in the 3rd room
