Primrose Cottage

Perfect location for a golf trip to Gullane/East Lothian. Convenience store around corner and The Old Clubhouse pub/restaurant about 100 yards away. Looks out over an open green space, this place is one I will return to.

A cosy home away from home in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach as well as wander around Gullane. It was lovely and peaceful and the outside patio was a bonus.

No breakfast

Photos of the lockbox and it worked easily. Property was spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen. Lovely sunny spot for breakfast.

Living area a little sparse. No books, games, jigsaws and no local tourist information bar a magazine.

Fabulous location

There was a note left by the owners on our arrival saying NEITHER the boiler not the gas fire in the sitting room were working (on chilly days in early January) - they had informed Coast Properties who manage the property & I’m sure fully expected them to resolve the issue. My practical husband eventually managed to get the boiler working but I imagine many others, myself included may not have managed this. What shocked me was that Coast Properties made no attempt to contact us or to resolve the issue.

Clean and tidy with all of the facilities provided as described. The cottage is in a very convenient location in the Center of the village. We enjoyed our stay there and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
