The location was good, with views of the surrounding area and distant volcanoes. The fire pit was a nice touch that made for pleasant evenings outside, notwithstanding the nighttime coolness considering the mountain location.

The property was quite old and not well maintained. There is an obvious need for extensive maintenance and overall refurbishment. There was clear evidence of mold in the separate bedroom/ensuite building. The decor and facilities were quite dated and not everything worked, e.g. microwave. The water supply system failed during our stay and required intervention by the staff to restore it. The accommodation price point is too high for the standard of what is provided. The property has significant potential (due to the location). However, it needs a major refurbishment to bring it up to a more appropriate standard to be marketed as "luxury". In its present condition the property is possibly more appropriate as cheaper "backpacker" style accommodation.

The location, the garden, the view.

The lack of hospitality. The person managing the booking via Booking.com was unhelpful and lacked basic communication courtesy. There was no warmth or effort to support or inform guests, which impacted the anticipation for the stay. A place this beautiful deserves better management.

Old but very homie...great atmosphere

I had a bad communication with the person who took care of my booking. Not very friendly,especially for someone who is in hospitality business.

Love everything bout the house,it was so clean and well maintained and ketut was helpful with everything..oh the fire pit was awesome.

I didn’t like the fact that there was wet linen and wet towels, but I’m not reducing this rating because the climate in this area has very high humidity. Also one toilet didn't work.

Beautiful views, lovely grounds, House & decor is very tasteful. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Nice, private sitting areas even with a group.

This is my third time to stay here and its the first time we experienced the smell of mold around the house and especially in the kitchen. I realize it was at the end of rainy season but was just a bit disappointed.
