The complaint was there was no full length mirror for the girls getting ready as they love to take a mirror selfie

The lock box with instructions on how to use the key was good. Bed was comfortable and shower easy to use. Great location for catching the bus into the city and a supermarket across the road. Modern. Host always helpful and contactable.

The front door lock was a major issue. Once we got in, we couldn’t get out. Had to get the owner to come and open the door. It’s a known problem and hasn’t been fixed. Very stressful being locked in a house and you can’t get out. Major fire hazard. Had to ring owner to find where the towels were located and the hot water switch. Boiler was in a cupboard that needed resetting. There needs to be an instruction book on what to do and where to find things to save you the stress of contacting the owner continually. She was always helpful though which was a bonus. Plus no toiletries available.

Convenient location (& opposite two supermarkets). Easy to find. Fairly comfortable. Good communication from host.

the property wasn’t very clean, hairs found in the bed, stairs could have done with a hoover! We had a little trouble with the key opening the front door, very stiff. Property bit tired here and there with quite few scuffs and holes to the walls which could do with freshen up Taps cold & hot where the wrong way round in the bathroom
