Was in a good location, clean and comfortable with good facilities and access to stores only a few mins away.

slight issue with hot water but nothing major.

It is a nice house, the beds are very comfortable and it is convenient to supermarkets and town centre. Good TV and Wi fi was excellent.

It was dirty, the floors and carpets had not been cleaned in a long while, we saw old toenail clippings in the carpet!! Some bins had not been emptied, the main bin out the back was so full we couldn’t empty the kitchen bin when we left. There are only three dining chairs, two dinner plates and no frying pan. The wall mirror in one of the bedrooms was smashed and propped against a wall. The front door was hard to open until we realised that the handle had to be held firmly up when turning the key.

convenient for Belfast port

beds and pillows are not comfortable, very hard mattress and rock hard pillows kitchen was grimy… outer door of fridge was dirty with lots of finger marks; glass kitchen table was grubby. No toilet roll supplied so after a late arrival after a 4 hour journey we had to go in search of an open shop.. not ideal. i informed the host directly and she did not apologise or seem even slightly bothered ! toilet rolls are a necessity.

we are catholic and it was in the middle of a Protestant area no taxi driver would take us home
