"Good location"

Good location

Bed was uncomfortable, no air conditioning/fan in the room. When we arrived we were told that fan was on request. For the online checking we needed to take photos of ourselves holding the passport. Bit of a hassle.

"Good and Affordable for a short stay"

great location close to town with easy access.

communication with owner was unclear, washing machine did not spin clothes, need adaptor to use hair dryer and mini oven. Bed broke out of frame twice during stay

The whole apartment looked as advertised, great location and had needed facilities.

We were not familiar with vikey so we were confused about how to get into the apartment. There was no response from the host to our messages and the information/instructions about keys were close to none on the site. Someone who has even less technical knowledge than us would have a real problem with this.
