Very good contact with the owner, and private transfers from Bergamo Airport are available for 30 euros, which is very helpful for evening arrivals. Keys, as always, are left in a safe. The apartment is large, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect, right at the beginning of the old town. It's one minute from the bus stop that takes you to the new part of the city—that's why I didn't take private transportation to the airport on my return. Breakfast—the host leaves ingredients in the fridge for you to prepare your own—some might think that's a good option, others might not, but that's how it is. The only downside, which doesn't affect the overall rating of the property because it's nice, is the lack of a microwave. If you're eating dinner out at 4 or 5 PM and staying until 11 PM, you won't feel like cooking. Pre-cooked meals are fine, but there's no microwave. There's an oven, but it takes longer. 10/10. I recommend it.
