Charis Pool Villa 1 - 3 Bedroom with Private Pool

Crystal clear river nearby. Football and fish feeding activities available. Exclusive BBQ pit and area to hang out. Swimming pool is working but with algae and dead leaves from nearby plants. Multiple rooms for big families or groups.

Water heater not working ("Line Fault") (see picture). Shower head clogged and not working properly (see picture). Room fan remote does not have any battery (see picture). Kitchen cabinet doors are faulty and does not close properly (see pictures). Room aircon does not work (no picture). Shower facilities for swimming pool not in working condition (no picture). Only had 1 lounge chair by the pool despite the photo showing 3 chairs (no picture).

The road towards the villa was abit challenge

A fantastic villa with all the amenities provided. Beautiful as clean and a great set up by the river.

Perhaps a more detailed briefing about other facilities offered like the archery and volleyball would have enhanced our stay. It was awesome none the less.

Location Villa facilities: wifi is superb, Netflix access is excellent

Lack of BBQ utilities: a bit dark if BBQ at night, need to use torchlight, the shade is leaking if raining, the bbq pit a bit damage, the bean bags were left wet outside and not able to use especially after rain
