I strongly advise against booking this apartment. Our stay was a huge disappointment for several reasons: • Hygiene issues: There was visible mold in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable and a health hazard. • Poor maintenance: The apartment is in bad shape, with literal holes in the floor. It felt neglected and unsafe. • Hidden costs: After arrival, we were told to pay a "tourist tax" of 52.50 EUR, which had to be left in cash on the table upon checkout. This fee was not mentioned anywhere in the original description. Had we known about these hidden costs and the poor state of the place, we would have definitely chosen a different hotel. Save your money and your nerves – look elsewhere! • Living room doesn't exist. • One person had to sleep in kitchen.

Molto facile da raggiungere a piedi dalla stazione di Bologna Centrale. Circa 10-12 min a piedi. Locale tenuto bene, ben organizzato a livello di spazi e ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno breve. Le indicazioni ricevute per accederci sono state chiare e l’host è stato sempre disponibile.
