"Exceptional"

The Barn was rustic yet immaculately clean. There is a huge fridge freezer, which was perfect for storing everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals at home, and the open living space felt both cosy and spacious. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. Outside, the setting was peaceful with beautiful views across the countryside — also we visited in September which is the perfect time to enjoy the apples on the many apple trees! We felt welcome from the moment we arrived and would happily return.

The quirkiness og the building and the facilities. Our Ukranian guests loved it.They said it reminded them of their Grandmother's house, back in Ukraine 🇺🇦

"Peace, stargazing and bird song."

Beautiful, clean and well-equipped home. Stunning grounds to wander, relax and eat in. Plenty of space for a large family get together. Home was beautifully furnished and full of character.

Narrow winding roads to get to the house but this is not unusual in Cornwall. Might not the be the place for you if you like pubs and restaurants on your doorstep, however probably just right for you if you like peace, stargazing and bird song.

"Superb"

A gorgeous farm house, very spacious, situated on a lovely property with amazing views of the surrounding area. Short drives to local pubs, about 30 minutes to get to coastal walks.

The provision of a hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner would have been appreciated. We had to go buy more loo roll as the allocation provided didn’t get us through our stay. Little touches like this, as well as tea and coffee in the kitchen would have made it truly exceptional.

Great facilities indoors and out - plenty of space for kids to run around. They loved the rope swing. We enjoyed the benches and garden seats to eat outdoors.
