"Fantastic mid week break."

Very comfortable home, was able to park outside of the house. Ideal for using the house as a base to visit the area.

TV was difficult to get live TV even with the instructions. Bathroom is down stairs no toilet facility on first floor. The facility information stated two double beds which is why we chose this house but one room was twin beds. Being adults we wanted a double bed each as we were not a couple.

immaculate on arrival. everything on hand including coffee, tea and sugar. owner provided milk, biscuits and also doggy treats which was a lovely surprise.

very clean, free milk tea, coffee and biscuits,smells nice, spacious rooms, quiet modern

bedroom doors do not lock, which was very problematic and unsafe with 1 year old escaping on stairs. Also we couldn't sleep as we heard the other adult snoring.

Lovely little home with everything you could want plus some thoughtful little extras. Clean, comfortable and offered a relaxing stay in a quiet area. Easy to get to other areas along the coast and into the North Yorkshire Moors
