Very organized and up to date. The host was very thorough with instructions and everything. The house had everything we needed and more!

We liked it all!

The property was exceptionally clean, however their was 2 dead cockroaches in the living room by the games.

I didn’t like the fact that it was a vacant house right next door to the property that was an eye sore on top of being in the hood.The property was also hot n stuffy. Couldn’t change temperature in the home due to the thermostat being locked.

Clean and organized

Can’t really say anything, but I’d like to recommend a patio/ deck or pool in the back of the main house.

The service, the house was great and roomy

Innovative with the lock and the communication method. Very thoughtful with entertainment. My son liked the gaming system. Place was cozy, well equipped and in a quite neighborhood. Host was very responsive and communicative.

Soon after we checked in, we were asked to pull 2 bins full of trash out to the curb side since trash day was the following day. There was some tenants living in the back unit. I’m sure it’s their trash. My husband did bring them out but didn’t feel too thrilled about it. There were used eyes lashes in the master bedroom. The bed in the master bed was not so stable. It was very creaky every time we moved/ turned. Host was so communicative, too communicative. I found myself reading, responding to messages from the iPad thing at the unit to my phone more than i wanted to. Just wanted to spend time with my family. I saw we could book an extra day so I changed my plan and decided to book one more day. Following instructions and paid. Later on it got canceled because the unit was not available. Ok, it’s disappointing because we already did the groceries. But I understand. Wish it let me know before I paid.

The property was cute and clean for the most part. The host helped me w an issue before I even checked in which I loved. Communication w the host during check in is top tier, I loved the check in experience & the welcome kiosk. We cooked nachos the first night after the beach and they already had seasonings. The good kinds too! Lol My kids loved the arcade games as well.

The AC unit had a passcode, idk if I missed if they gave one but I didn’t see it. 78 degrees all day in Houston heat was absolutely NOT cutting it. We were SWEATING AT NIGHT and I wasn’t buying a fan for a air bnb. We’re already hit w the unexpected deposit which cut into my daughters birthday which is why we were here from Dallas in the first place. When it did get a little cool over night it didn’t last and resulted in my kids sneezing from the off and on temp. The dryer did not work properly. It literally took an hour to dry one load of clothes that was still damp. We didn’t really spend the day there at all, really just the nights to shower and sleep and the 2 nights we spent we killed 2 spiders and maybe a handful of roaches. Also they need to update the pictures, there is not a full backyard anymore and the second bedroom does not have the 2 yellow beds amongst other things. The house IS CUTE AND COZY for the most part but the extra rules and fees makes it NOT feel homey at all. We kinda felt like we weren’t able to enjoy the stay that’s why we stayed gone during the day. You’re expecting families but your rules are like y’all don’t understand families or kids lol. And if you know Houston, it’s in a cute elderly neighborhood but it’s literally off OST and across from macgreggor park.. aka the hood.

The house was cozy, comfortable, great location. I have no complaints. Would definitely stay again.
