Lake views and nature

We had just arrived to the property and the staff, with dataphone on hand, made pressure to us for pay everything in advance. Is first time in my life that I see this. Additionally, we had to pay the sauna again (despite of the fact that was included in booking price) because he said “is not included and will not be included”. We tried to explain the situation but staff did not want to understand and just left the home when we paid. If we would know this discrepancies between the host and booking, we would never booked here.
