Modern Family Home with Off-Road Parking

Location, area, big garden for us to enjoy the sun and play games with the children. The layout of the house - I loved the open plan living/dining/kitchen layout. The house was clean, uncluttered and had a cosy feel.

There could have been a few more essentials to make the stay a little easier - a bath mat, oven gloves and more than one tea towel. Also more information written down about how to recycle and rubbish days would be helpful (Wednesdays I think). I would rather this than get to a property with the bins already overflowing. But these are minor points, noted for improvement not criticism. The property is lovely, the owner was very responsive to messages and let us check out a little later. We had a great 5 day stay here, thank you.

The house is very spacious with a great sociable kitchen and seating area. The facilities within the house are fantastic and there are private parking spaces at the front. There is a bus service 35 at the end of the road that takes you directly into Cardiff city centre. All in all a perfect house in a great location!

A truly stunning house, modern and spacious with all you could need for any type of stay. It was located close enough to Cardiff city centre to make this really good value for money. The host was responsive and helpful and even came over immediately when there was an issue with the heating and it was sorted within a matter of 15 minutes from raising the question. Also a quiet neighbourhood. would 100% recommend and would definitely come again.

The property was spacious, clean in a good location to all local amenities. The person managing the property was easily contactable and responded quickly to any queries, and also gave recommendations for things to do and places to visit in the local area. The property is finished to high standard and is perfect for a family or group.
