"Excellent"

Welcoming hosts and lovely welcome pack. Great location. Huge garden for dogs and children. We enjoyed watching the horses every day.

Sitting area is slightly small for 7 people but not a problem.

"Beautiful home, with stunning sunsets"

Beautiful cottage, gorgeous views! Remote, without being more than a 10/15 minute drive to shops/beaches etc. The cottage is really homely, huge garden for our border collies to run around. The kitchen is well equipped, with little extras you may forget (salt etc.) There was also a welcome basket upon arrival with goodies in! We will definately be back, thank you!

"Cosy, relaxing and space for our family."

We love the location as it is close to family, and has a wonderful garden area where our dogs can run around - they love it. It’s clean and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need, down to a very handy welcome pack!

There’s nothing not to like!

"Warm, cosy and relaxing great for exploring the area or just visiting family."

Despite being December we were cosy and warm. Very well equipped with a a nice welcome basket - great Welsh cakes! There were 5 adults plus dogs and there was plenty of room and great outside space for them to run around (the dogs!). Great views when the weather allowed.

For us it was perfect.

The Gallops is just stunning. As soon as we arrived at the double gates to the property, we were amazed. The cottage is laid out exceptionally well with plenty of space, but a comfy and home like feel. The location is great, not too far away from Cardiff centre and Barry Island, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Jane was lovely with great communication and a very helpful welcome pack on our arrival. On a clear day, the views from the property are amazing across the Bristol channel. I would highly recommend this property and we will be visiting again. Thank you Jane 😊

Everything was perfect, we came for graduation at Cardiff uni so only came for a few days. Was the perfect location for the whole family and friends and a short drive into Cardiff...so much better for us all than a hotel stay. Thank you
