Location and the property

Great property, where we could spread out

The house was in a beautiful location. It was really well equipped with regards to cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots and pans etc. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. Unfortunately we didn’t get the weather to spend much time outside, but I’d imagine in the summer it’s the ideal location for outdoor gatherings as there is lots of garden furniture etc. The host was very quick to reply to any questions and queries we had.

Something to be aware of, is to make sure to put in the correct number of guests at the time of booking, as the price given is based on the number of guests. I’m sure it specifies this somewhere, but I didn’t realise it at the time of booking. We emailed the host with regards to this and it was no problem with him if we paid the extra and have the extras beds put in for the extra guests.

The house was amazing but you would need a car to get there. The roads are bad for walking as you near the house.

The only negative I have is that the number of beds advertised was not accurate. Extra beds were available but they were fold out beds.

The Views, location was perfect, just a little drive out of kinsale amd over the bridge , beautifully decorated well kept and clean. I didn't want to leave this place. It's perfect for group visits too

If I was to say anything i did worry a little about the shower flooding in the big bedroom ensuit not fore but for the owners of the property I'd hate for it to cause any long term problems.

Location is super! Facilities are more than complete.

nothing we didn’t like - cooker a bit complicated but we used well worn manual and got there . a few simple laminated instructions would be great help. but that’s a bath small thing .
