"Fantastic property, good location, excellent host."

The property was lovely, very clean, spacious, everything provided that we needed. Host was very responsive to calls and texts and access to the property was easy. 10-15 minute walk to stadium and city centre which was perfect for us. It's in a residential area which felt very friendly and safe.

Kettle needs replacing (leaking and the lid sticks). Also the mugs stacked by the kettle have some large chips. I know the host will sort this as soon as she reads it because she maintains a very high standard and these minor points are the only let-downs that stop the property being perfect.

The location was only a 15 min walk from the centre of Cardiff. The house was huge for the two of us, SO clean, modern & cozy. GREAT value for money!

There was nothing not to like, it was perfect!

"Excellent stay in Cardiff"

We had a great stay and Connie was a very good host. Communication was very good, we had a slight problem with gaining access but a quick phone call and it was sorted. The house is very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and so was the sofa and armchair. The only thing I will mention is that there is only a two seater sofa and one armchair, so if there are more than three (or four at a push) people staying it could be a problem. The location is great for getting pretty much anywhere. There is a train station about 7 minutes walk away and bus stops within a few minutes walk as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I can think of is that the bathroom is downstairs, off of the kitchen but it wasn't too big a deal for us.

The house was well maintained and very convenient to Cardiff university, shops like IKEA (4 minutes away), Costco, Aldi, Lids, etc.The owner was very helpful and provided free toiletries,coffee, tea, water, milk, hot chocolate, and biscuits.
