I recently booked a stay at this property and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Upon arrival, we found the kitchen infested with cockroaches and other insects, making the flat entirely unhygienic and unsafe to stay in. We were horrified and immediately raised a cancellation request, but unfortunately, it was declined. The presence of pests in a rental property is unacceptable and a clear violation of basic hygiene standards. Despite our efforts to seek a resolution, the compensation offered from booking was a mere 25 euro credit, which does not address the severity of the situation but booking mentioned they can’t put the cancellation unless the property manager agrees which of course he didn’t and he stopped answering. I am attaching images to this review to provide evidence of the poor conditions we encountered. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this property to prevent a similar unpleasant experience. This experience has greatly diminished my trust in Booking.com’s quality assurance, and I hope they take stricter measures to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the properties listed on their platform.

it is in central location (to min walk to central square), spacy, has jaccuzzi as promised, has nice things inside - like refreshments, sparkling wine, kitchen is well equiped, the property is well renovated, host is very welcoming and nice.

though in central location - it was quite in a strange area, the flat is in the yard on the 1st floor, the view is inside the yard and you have under the windows parking of ca 10 motocycles (so, when they start engine you hear well or you need to have closed windows (that is possible, as there are aicons). the bed was short for my husband - he is 195cm. on the sofa in the living room there was a biiig bear, it was nice, but inconvenient, as we had to place it all the time somewhere not to be in our way, no balcony. we loved jaccuzi, but it was not strong enough for massage, more like for bubbles.

The free drinks and food were nice. So was the hot tub!

The check-in was not great. We could not get in touch with the host the morning of check-in so we spent a good part of our morning trying to figure out where to go and how to retrieve the keys. When we finally heard from the host it was via FaceTime. He was shirtless and smoking, and he yelled in Italian even after my boyfriend and I informed him that we would prefer to message because we don’t speak Italian. The location of the apartment — very much an apartment and not a home or hotel — left much to be desired. Not the romantic getaway that we had hoped for.
