This property has great potential, and our overall experience was quite pleasant. One highlight was the smart and efficient self-check-in system, which proved invaluable as we arrived late. The washing machine is very handy, even though we didn't use it during our stay. The kitchen has all essential equipment, and the shower delivered exceptional water pressure. Furthermore, the property's prime location made it incredibly convenient to explore Catania's main attractions; they were all within a leisurely 10-minute walk from the flat. This proximity allowed us to make the most of our time in the city and added to the appeal of our stay.

We encountered a few issues during our stay: Firstly, cleanliness was a major concern. The flat had a significant amount of hair and dust, and the hangers provided were insufficient, with most of them broken. Secondly, the condition of the pillows was subpar; they were lumpy and appeared quite old. Thirdly, the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. Even when set to the lowest temperature (18°C or 17°C), it failed to provide sufficient cooling. We can only imagine how uncomfortable this might be during the high summer season in Catania. We recommend having the unit inspected, as it may require minor adjustments or cleaning. We hope you will take these recommendations into consideration. Your flat has great potential, and with a little more attention to detail, it could easily achieve a spotless 10. We would certainly consider returning if these concerns are addressed.

The apartment was really close to main square of Catania City and was really clean and good equipped

We stayed at this accommodation for only one night as we had to fly back home the next morning, but we would have gladly stayed longer. We liked that the apartment was close to the city center, allowing us to walk to the attractions, and there are also many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The apartment is charming and secure, very clean, and with tasteful interior design. Check-in was fast, and there were snacks and water in the room, also the possibility to make tea and coffee. Parking is available on the street in front of the apartement, we found a parking spot right in front of the door. Additionally, I would like to mention that when leaving early in the morning, I accidentally left a personal item in the apartment, and the owner kindly agreed to send it back to me by post. I am very grateful, as this demonstrates that they truly care about their customers here. I recommend this accomodation 100%, the next time we come to Catania, we will definitely stay in the same place.
