Lovely comfy bed, clean tidy, quiet,

We enjoyed our stay at Blackbird Cottage. It has lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, and a super comfy pillow. We both really enjoyed our stay and it was very easy to get to the places we wanted to go. Good supermarket and other shops just up the road. Our room was everything we required.

Very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

The property was outstanding and the host was very accommodating and helpful It was near to shops, parking was easy, wifi worked well - everything about it was great If we come to Christchurch again, we'll be staying in Blackbird Cottage

Lovely cottage on the outskirts of Lincoln, well presented, cozy, quiet and comfortable.

This is a small cottage on the set up on the edge of a farm property, with its own private driveway. The accommodations were excellent and very comfortable. We were only there for one night, but this would be a great place for a muti-night stay. The kitchen was very nicely outfitted (it even has an oven) and the hosts were easy to contact.

Such a lovely little perfectly formed property. Lots of amazing thoughtful touches- like yummy complimentary teas and coffees, really nice beach towels, a mini dishwasher to make cleaning easier, and all the bits and bobs that you don’t have to think about bringing from home for a stay like this (tea towels, cleaning sponges, detergent, salt and pepper, etc.) By far, the icing on the cake was having friendly pigs (Mary and Poppins) in the paddock just next to the property. They would come trotting over to say hello and happily eat food scraps. Sarita and Rob also have alpacas and goats that they are happy to show you at any time during your stay. Perfect little place for some downtime with easy access to the Banks Peninsula and Christchurch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location, modern and clean
