Charming 1-bed house in Chester by 53 Degrees Property, Ideal for Couples & Business, Amazing Location - Sleeps 4

I liked that the house was in a brilliant location as everything was on your doorstep but not close enough to bother you

The location was spot on, just a 10 min walk into the centre of Chester. Key collection was super easy and convenient, just outside the front door in the lock box. The property was really clean and well looked after, bed very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking & drinking.

If I had to pick holes I'd say the TV could be larger and have better channel choice, but the inclusion of Netflix was great.

There is a “ trip hazard “ at the bottom stairs which my wife badly bruised her foot on which needs highlighting. I would also suggest that a fan should available to guests for hot weather

- Had to ask multiple times for bed sheets for third person. Wasn’t organized. - There is no garden. Unlike Photos suggest. - being charged for early entrance, despite the fact everything was ready. - paid upfront through booking. Still had to deliver copy pasport, deposit, 3 forms with contact details. - afterwards you will be contacted by the rental company (53 degree property) on your phone for commercial purposes.

The location was perfect, and the cottage was just lovely. Pubs and shop very close by.

This was a gorgeous property in a fantastic location. Immediately next door to a friendly pub and within 5 minutes walking distance to Chester city centre. All amenities you'd need for a short stay were provided including a high chair and travel cot for my little one.

Parking isn't great. There is parking outside but only between 6pm-8am which caused us problems. There are no alternative parking facilities nearby as all streets are private parking only so I had to park in a public car park about a 10 minute walk away which wasn't ideal.
