"Nicht weit von Rom- heißer Tipp wer nicht 24h Großstadt sucht."

Als Ausgangspunkt für Rom Besuch (idealerweise mit dem pünktlichen und schnellen Vorortzug) bot uns die Wohnung allen notwendigen Komfort. Die große Küche bietet so ziemlich alles was man braucht, das Badezimmer ist groß und geräumig und die beiden Zimmer haben einen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht (lediglich von der Hochspannungsleitung beeinträchtigt). Über das elektrische Tor findet der PKW auf einer steilen Zufahrt einen Parkplatz unmittelbar am Haus. Das ist komfortabel und sehr angenehm. Die Lautstärke von der Landstraße ist OK, am Abend deutlich ruhiger. Große Läden verdunkeln bedarfsweise die Räume sind dass einem erholsamen Schlaf in den Bequemen Betten nichts in Wege steht. Auch das Internet ist zeitgemäß. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und dennoch sehr zurückhaltend und unaufdringlich. Die Autobahn und die Regionalbahn (Bahnhof Monterotondo/Metana) sind gut zu erreichen.

Es hat nicht gestört: die Bewohner der anderen Wohneinheiten sind akustisch wahrnehmbar.

Róma külvárosában található az apartman. Távol mindentől. A képek alapján nem az a látvány fogadott. Nekem csalódás volt.
