Elephant House, 2 bedroom House, Next to Pilanesberg and Sun City

It was close to where we needed to go

We had requested a late check-out, which was initially approved. However, in the morning, we received a call informing us that the new tenants were just 30 minutes away, and we were asked to allow them to collect the keys and view the property while we were still there. This was completely unacceptable.

It would have been great if there is a lock to common bathroom and the bedroom doors are a bit noisy

Clearning of the house it was only done on our arrival, the five days following our arrival no clearning was carried out we had to do our own cleaning which we did not enjoy as we were on holiday in addition no supply of toilet roll we had to make request for the toilet roll, humble appeal that, improvement should be done on areas mentioned or we should be timously informed what to expect.

Excellent location, within 5 minutes of Pilanesburg Park. There is also a place to shop for groceries in Mogwase, which is where the house is located. The neighborhood is quiet, modern, and safe.

The bed was a bit hard, but everything else was great.

The place is beautiful with modern decor. Located in a secure and quiet area.

We had such a wonderful stay here, Tebogo that checked us in was super sweet! Everything we needed and more! Beautiful house with great finishing touches, exceeded our expectations! In a secure area.
