간이소파, 천의자, 카페트는 세탁을 안해서 너무 더러웠습니다. 주인장이 알려준 와이 파이 정보는 존재하지 않은 것이었습니다. 요청시 추가 응답이 없었습니다.

The location and cleanliness

Only one toilet and the ac didn’t work so well

設備基本上都有，床很軟蠻舒服的，走路三分鐘就有超市非常方便

1、備品應該要準備得更齊全，訂了四天房居然沒有垃圾袋可以替換，還要自己去買 2、設備應該可以維護得更好，冷氣蠻大聲也不涼 3、衛生應在住客入住前檢查妥當，我們住宿期間還自己洗了洗衣機跟冷氣濾網 4、臥室中間的簾子沒辦法完全拉起來

Die Betten waren sehr weich und es gab keinen Esstisch.

整體氛圍很好，木頭香味好聞，廚房設備齊全

蓮蓬頭只有開與關，調水溫的地方被鎖死了，位置也很奇怪，有浴缸卻只能透過蓮蓬頭放水泡冷水澡，冷氣是省電模式，設定溫度到了就停機，總是快要到流汗的時候才再啟動，廚房抽屜裡都是蟑螂味，也沒有看到wifi帳密，應該是沒有wifi可以用，2樓的大房間本來可以隔間起來，隔間門卻被拔起來了，床墊也是太軟了

Steep stairs to the rooms upstairs (elderly people may have problems going up and down) One of the air-conditioning units was unable to heat up the room (temperature was about 14-17 degC, so I was hoping the unit could work) Beds were a little too soft for us but we have no problem sleeping on them

Location is impeccable, convenient to malls and seaside. Washer and dryer was a big help for longer stay.

The stair is extremely steep so none of us bring our luggage up to the bedroom and just leave it in living room to unpack instead. The washer was broken when we check in & when we report it, no action nor response were given except a ques to us if flush system is working so we have to use it as it is for the entire stay which was disappointing.
